    Flensjes

    ingrediënten:

    250 gram bloem
    3 eieren
    500 ml melk
    beetje zout
    scheutje vanille
                                                 
    crepe

    Alle ingrediënten samen mengen tot een glad beslag. Het beslag even laten rusten en dan dunne flensjes bakken. Lekker met boter en suiker, ijs en vruchten.

    Als je de vanille weg laat kan je er ook een hartige vulling in doen zoals gehakt of kaas.
